Doffis Absher
Founder
Doffis Absher Jr. is a Jacksonville, Florida–based entrepreneur, housing advocate, and community leader with more than 25 years of experience in real estate redevelopment, housing, and construction. Born and raised in Jacksonville, he has deep roots within the community and a lifelong passion for helping revitalize neighborhoods and create opportunities for individuals and families in need.
As a Christian and father of six children, Doffis is committed to faith, family, leadership, and service. He is the founder of Trinity Healing Homes Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on structured transitional housing, homelessness prevention, community support, mentorship, and life stabilization programs.
Over the course of his career, Doffis has helped restore and oversee the redevelopment of more than 1,000 homes throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities while working to expand affordable and supportive housing opportunities throughout Northeast Florida. He is also a strong advocate for the homeless and individuals facing life challenges, working to provide structure, resources, accountability, and opportunities for long-term stability and success.
Doffis has completed specialized training and certifications in trauma-informed care, homelessness prevention systems, housing-focused community support, serious mental illness and homelessness, supporting older adults experiencing homelessness, Black youth homelessness prevention, human rights education, suicide awareness and prevention, and human trafficking awareness.
His work continues to focus on restoring homes, rebuilding lives, and strengthening communities through compassionate leadership and community-driven solutions.

Joseph Warrick
Joseph Warrick is a construction professional, ministry leader, and advocate for individuals seeking a second chance in life. Originally from Gary, Indiana, Joseph spent years pursuing music and modeling before dedicating his life to faith, service, and helping others rebuild their futures. With more than 15 years of experience in construction and remodeling, Joseph has helped restore homes that now provide housing and stability for veterans, individuals overcoming addiction, and people transitioning from homelessness and incarceration.
His work is driven by a deep commitment to serving others through faith, compassion, and mentorship. Joseph is an ordained minister, devoted husband of 18 years, and father of two daughters. As a former worship leader, he believes his calling is to help restore hope, purpose, and direction to those facing life challenges. Since relocating to Florida, he has continued sharing his testimony and using his experience to positively impact individuals and families throughout the community. His mission is centered on building not only homes, but also new opportunities and brighter futures for those in need.
Dr. Terri Widdick
Dr. Terri Widdick is an entrepreneur, health and wellness advocate, real estate investor, and community leader dedicated to helping others rebuild and transform their lives. She attended Christopher Newport University, where she played collegiate soccer while earning her undergraduate degree, before obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Widdick practiced physical therapy for approximately 10 years along the East Coast, helping individuals recover, heal, and regain their quality of life.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Widdick transitioned into entrepreneurship and successfully built an online health and wellness company focused on helping people maintain their health and independence through at-home fitness and wellness programs while gyms were closed. Through virtual coaching and wellness guidance, she helped individuals across the United States lose weight, rebuild confidence, and improve their overall health. She is also a certified life coach trained under Tony Robbins, as well as a certified nutrition coach, combining mindset, accountability, fitness, and nutrition to create lasting transformation.
In 2019, Dr. Widdick earned the prestigious title of IFBB Bikini Pro, placing her among an elite percentage of competitors worldwide. She later expanded into business coaching and women’s empowerment, helping women rebuild confidence and regain independence after difficult life circumstances.
Dr. Widdick also successfully helped build multiple rental real estate portfolios and obtained her real estate license. Through her experiences in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and real estate, she developed a passion for helping individuals facing hardship, homelessness, addiction recovery, and life transition.
Alongside her husband, Doffis Absher, Dr. Widdick is committed to the mission of Trinity Healing Homes Foundation by helping create safe, structured, and healing environments where individuals can restore stability, confidence, and hope for a better future.
